Andy, great game. Only game I put on every phone :) So, tinker with helm doesn't apply luck bonus to towers within modified range of the tower but outside of standard range. Not a bug really but the literature doesn't correspond.

Oh you are right. Currently Tinker's aura is always fixed and cannot be modified. I made a patch for the next sim version. Thanks for reporting!
