Union creep wave

There are times that a Union wave kills only one or two creeps then the others are still alive and have the same hp.

I think it happens if you kill them super fast, before all union creeps have been spawned, right?

The whole union creeps have been spawned and then sometimes one creep or two got killed but the other creeps are still alive. Sorry for my bad english.
