Chances to roll a legendary hero are the same as for other legendary cards, as soon as card type hero is rolled. But the chance to roll a hero card is lower than to roll a potion, item or tower card. (mainly because there are less heroes in the game atm).
But it is still possible to roll leg. heroes. Lord Roderic for instance was forged 7 times so far.
Really need to add a site that shows these stats after holidays! :-)
