You have to do the Daily Quests (every day on about 3-4 AM you get a random new quest, up to 3 Quests total).
These Quests give 40-60 "Coins" (forgot the name it uses here... Relic fragments or something around that).
Then you can trade them in in your forge. For 20 "Coins" you get a random Card.
If your lucky you will get that item...
