Luck?

What does luck do? I couldnt find much info on it. I read somewhere that it increases % abilities like miss jillys. But when i luck her up and check her stun chance , it remains the same. I get same result with gargoyle , beaver , spider , etc.

Luck does exactly that a 20% chance with 20% luck gets 24% it is just not shown anywhere
