the same way GIB acts (messerschmidts reaver, helm of hades, etc...)
aditionaly it gets an aura of 1 range (fixed), aplying his skill with 5 stacks (like a gib on lvl 66,6 :)

-a gib wearing 5 heart may be sacrificed, also assisting gibs.
- in his range, 6 gibs, each needs to have 5 (its own, +5aditional) frozen heart equiped, nothing else. only the 5 hearts.
-this situation needs to be maintained 666 seconds
-the main gib needs to kill a boss or a challenge to proc it.

quite usefull, if utilized well, but nothing you could acheive early. collecting 42 frozen hearts eg take its time. probably not to happen in most of the games.
so it gets truly legendary...

So frozen items have a new quest to sacrifice several gibs for a new item that has gib's effect? This would be neat.
Maybe Andy can find a way to make it slightly more achievable so it is used in more games. As you said, this is a fairly difficult accomplishment.
I'm thinking about "how much player fun" versus "how much Andy effort"
