Why would this be unique? Not all new items need to be unique. These are all standard stats and this could be balanced as an uncommon or rare item.
"Unique" means only one. In Mazebert, this corresponds to the purple gem cards.
Legendary usually means it's a special unique item in games, and in Mazebert this is the orange gem cards.
Rare items are yellow.
Uncommon items are blue.
Common items are white.
