The flavor of this card is lame. The idea is to have some excuse to have a moderate power boost for one wave. It could also be attack speed based. I'm using the Irish Pub buff as a reference.

To make things more interesting, the card could be equipped with a timer: "The will begin once 100 creeps are slain."
This seems like the level of complexity expected from an uncommon card. I think the buff could be made a lot stronger in this case since you can't wish it to take effect for Vir or a challenge automatically.
