Tutorial refreshed

I decided to use the new speech bubble for the tutorial as well. I think it is much nicer this way now! new-tutorial new-tutorial-2
Also, there are new additions to the tutorial: - Players who have not completed the tutorial yet AND have no ladder profile must play the tutorial before they can start a new game (Thanks @jhoijhoi for the hint!) - When returning to the main menu or leaving the game, the tutorial progress is saved!
