Just looked into my build files, the min Android version is still 19, so no devices are excluded (no longer supported) from this release.
Any more details on the error? I know Google Play error messages are not very specific usually.
A few ideas:
- try it on a different network (home wifi instead of mobile data)?
- as silly as it may sound: restart your phone
- backup your save code and uninstall / reinstall the game (could be dangerous in the end you're stuck with the version that doesn't work)
