how to restore a profile?

I lost my phone. how to restore a profile on a new phone? Can i play MazebertTD on the computer(BlueStacks)?

I dont know what "bluestacks" is, but there isnt a desktop version anymore. If you find a decent programm which grants you an Android environment on your desktop... Well it might work. You have to try.
