Item dsiappear

Sometimes Soul Flask just disappeared I'm not sure I think maybe when I used Card dust for 20% health on coupled towers it happened

This happened to me today! Don't know why it happened, but i didn't have 20% health cards when it did. Noticed it after i had drunk a lot of pots. Didn't drink or transform it bc that would have been noticable:)
