Thanks for reporting. Will try and see if I can fix it. But I remember it was a little bit of a hassle on Android to prevent the auto-lock after some time when playing the game. I think to achieve that I had to somehow disable the lockscreen.
I will have another look at it, because the current solution really is not satisfying. Filed a ticket for it for 0.9.3 - Lockscreen does not appear on Android (0000300)
