I find my lvl back to 1 i was lvl82 and on stats its 82 but i enter game finding it lvl 1

I find my lvl back to 1 I was lvl82 and on stats site its 82 but i enter game finding it lvl1 I used passcode also said reset to lvl82 but i find it 1
