Try to get one tower as strong as possible since items and potions multiply a tower's strength.
I'd try nature only. Start dandelion out rabbit.
On wave 7, build many towers in the back to kill the challenge. The items from the challenge will make things easier.
Around wave 30-40, build a wolf on your carry and get as many wolves as possible.
