Unfortunately that is not possible at the moment. If you have access to the game data folder you could copy the save games manually though..
Would it be possible to send a single in-progress game to your server for storage/transfer?
It would be a near feature, but when compared to improving the gameplay, I'd vote for gameplay improvements.
